All our prices are Ex-works prices from our store (Luxembourg). In case of shipment of your goods, you will be required to pay for the delivery charges. You will always receive a notification from us before shipping. The goods you order will be delivered to the address given in your government authorizations / permits, if permits are required. If not the case, we will request you a delivery address. LuxDefTec SA will deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Some products requires special governmental documents / permits. In these cases, we will request you documentations. These goods will only be delivered after the Luxembourg authorities have authorized it. Some Products are subjected to government permit taxes. When you contact us, we will inform you about the extra taxes, if any. If you import the goods to your country, you will be responsible for all the payments of the taxes which are due to your authorities. You must comply with all import restrictions and regulations of your governmental authorities / country. If delivery cannot be made to your address, we will inform you as soon as possible. If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, the relevant carrier will notify you of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods. You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for the risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to the carrier at our store.
